Impossible to login from new device (once installed) - says "Install limit reached"

Dear community,

I have bought a new computer today and wanted to install TeamViewer. I do have a business account for one user/one connection (level 1) and have had 5 computers to connect to. This new one would be the 6th. 

After installing TeamViewer, it tells me that I can not login from this computer because the number of device has been exceeded (install limit reached). Yet when I look into my Account profile, it says I should be allowed 9.

My new computer appears as connected in the list. If I connect to it from my laptop, it works!!!

In the error messqge, it also says "To deactivate an install, sign in to your account on login.teamviewer.com". I have deleted a couple of computers yet the problem remains.

Good luck with this. Mine is losing licenses by itself and tech support has done nothing to actually fix it. If you deactivate it, and reactivate it, you lose a license move due to their issue
