Legitimation Confirmation

Hi, 

I receive a message "Legitimation Confirmation " when I gave my ID and password to connect to my PC. 

I haven't had seen this message before with others trying to connect to my PC. 

I want to know what is the difference between the connections that gives me this message with those normal connections that does not ask for Legitimation Confirmation?

Does it mean that if I allow this person with this type of connection with have more access to my PC? or can he establish unattended connection ? 

 

BTW I have given a random password for this connection. 

But how can he request such connection ?
