I'm not receiving an activation email and without being able to validate my account I can't get support!
I've checked spam and junk folders. I had to create this account just to be able to join the community forum.
Seems like this is a common issue but all the solutions just say the problem got fixed, but not how.

I cannot contact customer support to lodge a ticket as I cannot login without having validated my account.
I cannot contact customer support via phone as the Remote Access licencse does not include support via phone.
Who do I contact for a refund?
