Could you please check if the email went to the Spam folder?
Also please make sure to unblock the TeamViewer from the settings or security software if you have.

The emails are not going to my spam folder. I currently have my email set up to with no automatic filtering. I also have email@example.com as a safe sender and recipient.
Is there any other action I should be taking?
