In my Teamviewer Mangement console (web) i have 1 unassinged item in my service queue. Other users can not see any items in the Service Queue. Is there a way for all service queue items to be displayed to all users?

For other user to view and access the open service request, you will need to share the group that the Quick Support is set to report to, to the other users.
