Problems logging into the account

At some point I enabled two factor authentication on my account in teamviewer. Now I cant logon to the account because Icant figure out what the code is: i have chedk my latest tablets and phones and I dont have teamviewer on nay of the apps I use for tfa. it requires a six digit code so I guess I choose to use Google authetiacation app. I didnt se the recovery code. what do I do to deactivate this so I can logon to my account and setup this again properly? I tried to call you but failed to come hrough.
