Random Password not showing on my free license account
I hvae downloaded TeamViewer to share my screen with an organisation that has a TeamViewer Paid license. When i open my account a User ID is provided but where a password should be it just shows a -. I also dont have the options to check 'settings' or any other tabs other than the icons of Romote Control, Host Meetings, COntacts, Chats. Please advise how i can get this password so i can get some help.

What happens after you are clicking on Extras --> Options? Do you see a password prompt like that:

HI I have the same problem and get exactly that box asking for a password
The company that does my IT has a license for 9 and 13 and they can not get in n either

This box from my previous reply only appears if someone made the setting to "protect the TeamViewer options with a password".

Who was the one setting up the TeamViewer on your device? Most likely this person knows the password or your IT admin in your company :-)
