I have another big problem: TeamViewer support asks me in continuation to test or send (irrelevant) logfiles. I do help them out although they ask a lot of money. So I begin to get angry because I am doing the testing work for them. That is not ok for a product with such a price. And this is not an open source product.
So at least when I already help them out they should route me to a developer instead of annoying me with standard support replies.
