Remote control with group conversation

Alice wants to connect to computer of Bob to remotely control it in order to fix a problem. Charlie wants to join for a group discussion of changes Alice is making to Bob's computer in real time.
Can TeamViewer do this?
Currently with Remote Control, Alice and Charlie can simultaneously connect to Bob’s computer and control it. Bob can talk and listen to both Alice and Charlie. But neither Alice nor Charlie can hear each other talk! This leads to some hilarity when both start talking to Bob at the same time.
Assume with meeting all three parties can hear each other talk, but there is of course no remote control capability.
Is there a solution?
