Removed my corporate account and client is being asked for a account with a coporate license

So I removed my account from a clients teamviewer software. Now he is being asked to upgrade to a corporate account only on this one computer. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. How do I reset teamviewer to work with his personal account?
