TeamViewer QuickSupport app does not activate (no ID generated)

After installation of the app and app started there is no ID shown and the bottom frame shows de:"aktiviere TeamViewer" (en: activating TeamViewer) permanently, but nothing else happens.

Runs on Android version 5.1
