Unexpected CCommand 21 when connecting to TeamViewer 14

A PC in our network is having an issue where after a while it will not allow connections, and throw an error below..

The PC appears to be online in the Computers and Contacts list though.

I have collected some logs using the WebConnect interface, and it shows disconnection with an error "Unexpect CCommand 21". The only way to recover from this is to exit the TeamViewer and restart it. Any insight in resolving this issue will be helpful.
