Why does it keep asking me if I want to buy?

I bought a Business license. In my session it still shows "free" and when the session ends there is a popup saying "This was a free session sponsored by www.teamviewer.com......." and giving me a button to "Buy license." How can I make it know that I already have a license?

From what you described, it sounds like your licence has not been activated, yet.

In order to activate it on your device, simply follow the instructions given in our Knowledge Base:
