Hello, I have subject message in my Management Console. I've upgraded few of my users in TV15 and lost connectivity with their TV Hosts. Is it fixable? Do I need to pay additional fee? There is no information whatsoever or I missed it. Can you provide any info about? Alex

Do you still encounter the same issue while connecting to TeamViewer Host?
Your license activation should not be affecting the uses. In order to assist you with a better solution, can you kindly provide additional information like the error message, TeamViewer versions from both sides of connection please.
