account dup

I need to change my email address from [personal information removed by moderator]
but when I do that it tells me that account is already connected to another TV account? If I try to login using  [personal information removed by moderator] it tells me the account doesn't exist?

I couldn't find how to delete my message
so disregard it
I have deleted the unused account and
add to trust devices

and have been able to access my new account.
