help running Teamviewer 13 on a headless PC?

I'm looking for advice on how to setup a PC with a headless USB HDMI dongle.

also, what do I need to do for Tv to give me keyboard/mouse functionality from the PC I'm logging in from, so I don't need to have the clutter on this other system? I just want it to sit as a box in the corner with power and networking only. 

if it helps any, the mobo is an Asrock H110 Pro BTC+ running W10P64. I have 4x GTX 1070's and 1x RX 580 on it. IGP is currently disabled and video out is via one of the 1070's. when I was using IGP, I had nothing but issues with the 1070's and AwesomeMiner dropping 1 or 2 GPU's randomly.  :smileymad:
