messages not sent to recipient

Hello all

a couple of days ago, I asked about the chat functionality with other computers in my account being broken:

I made a teamviewer login for my son, and we could chat yesterday.

Today however, I see his computer online (and I can login to it to control it remotely), he is logged in with his account, but I can't send him messages.
An exclamation mark in red circle appears on my computer "message could not be sent".
