I can't re-install Teamviewer on my remote machine after a Windows 10 upgrade as it wiped all my personnal and partner IDs and it won't allow me to enter anything new. Nor will it re-install a new copy.
Could you arrange with the remote side if possible to complete uninstall the app including the configuration files, reboot the machine and reinstall the latest version available?
If the computer OS working fine, then you could follow this procedure.
