i deleted a teamviewer account from one of my colleagues.
now i want to resign his account but the email is still i use

As an admin, deleting the user from your company profile does not delete the profile in the TeamViewer account database. It just removes it from your company profile.
Only the user himself can delete his account completely: How to delete your TeamViewer account
If you want to add him again, please use the following procedure:
