using nLite to integrate TeamViewer with ISO file

I use nLite software to produce ISO file of Win 10 Pro 64 bit. After that I use Serva software to install OS on many PCs at the same time across PXE. Most of software has simple switches for silent installation. I implement them in nLite successfully. But I cannot do this with TeamViewer. I tried all methods which I found in the knowledge base. Up to this moment I'm defeated. Maybe somebody could help me. Thanks in advance.
