TVQS in process of activation for an hour but never activated

Hello,
I installed Team Viewer Quick Support and extentsion for HTC 825 desire, but the window with an opened app on the telephone seemes to be blocked.
For an hour it's written below that the app in process d'activation with yellow round point.
Some time earlier it was lighted in green and marked as "Activated", but when I tried to type his ID on my Mac Teamviewer, it was reported that Teamviewer isn't active on my second device( Id indicated in  my HTC TWQS)
May be someone knows solutions?
