Teamviewer Quicksupport Fails..

When i try to connect from my PC to a android device using QuickSupport, i am seeing the below error message.. 

"Your Partner does not support file transfer Connection mode. Please choose Remote Control and try again"

Even after i choose remote control, i get the same message. When i look at the teamviewer quicksupport event log, i see error 

"LoginIncoming invalid connection type:5

SessionManager unsupported connection type

" 

and the quick support on my PC bails out at this message.

Is this a known issue ?
