Android TeamViwer Host Assigment failed

Hello!
I have issue with assignment in andorid.

1.  am start "intent://?configId=12344231#Intent;scheme=tvassign1;package=com.teamviewer.host.market;end;"
2. Get a dialog "Assign this device to USERNAME", press assign
3. waiting for logn time without success
4. get error "Assignment failed"
5. in logcat:
