MacBook not connecting to iPadPro

Hy,

I want to connect to an iPadPro from my MacBook - but it doesn´t work at all. I can connect from my iPadPro to my MacBook, but nit the other way round.

I can get the ID of my iPadPro but no password.

Sorry - maybe I am too stupid, but it would be fine, to help me …

I have the same issue with connecting to my iPad. I can connect from iPad to MacBook but not the other way around. I have the ID for my iPad but no password. Maybe I'm stupid too, but regardless, I wish someone would help me too...
