TV14 not launching on IPAD iOSV14

I have a new Ipad and installed TVQuick Support. 
It launches to give me an ID only.  When I allow screen share, there is no password that opens on my IPAD , only a script that says start broadcast.

When I select this, the IPAD starts video recording..not screen sharing. I've read the post on how to activate the iOS version several times, and still not getting it to work. Suggesstions?

Ipad has the latest version of iOS and also using TV14 on windows PC
Broadcast starts to Video Record only
