Teamviewer Host added on android phone but cant see him conected

Hi, i have a corporate licence and i added an Android Phone on AirWatch deploy like your tutorial says, the user is registred in our enviroment of Teamviewer Manager. In the phone looks as conected but in our TV Manager no.

What i am missing?

    Hello,

    You could try connecting the phone to your network (simply connect to the wifi of your router) maybe it could help.
