Teamviewer12 can't remote control android with HOST APP

hi,

i am using the HUAWEI P10

the first i do after bought the phone is download the teamviewer and QuickSupport ^_^

but i found that the QuickSupport with teamviewer can't remote my p10("your partner rejected your remote request ")

and then i downlad the HOST in google play , first it start donwload a add on 

and then i need to login , when i login i can't see my phone screen project on the computer but it's frezze , after i close the app from P10 and my pc manually , no metter how many times i tried , it showed "your partner rejected your remote request "
