The remote device doesn't support screen sharing.

Hey there,

I am using Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 Duos and my friend has an iPhone 6. He is able to remotely control my device but I am not able to do the same. It shows the error "The remote device doesn't support screen sharing" when I try to connect to his device. Please help. How do I fix this issue.
