Black screen instead of RDP/Hyper-V/Sandbox

I observe this problem since 2016 and it is still not resolved. Am I getting it right that this restriction (TV cannot show RDP screen inside remote machine) applies also to Hyper-V machines and Sandbox technology?

TV will not work in this environments?
