Can't Start TeamViewer

Hello i currently own the business version in teamviewer 11. I was able to work properly at home testing everything.
Problem is when I moved to Brasil teamviewer was unable to even start, it appears on the task manager but the window is all grey and I couldn't click on the connection button.
The internet was fine, skype and browsers were ok.
