When connecting to a server which has Teamviewer quicksupport running, I can see the screen, but I cannot do anything. Everywhere I click I see a large blue arrow with my username.
I do have this problem on some remote servers, but on most servers it works fine. What can I do to solve this?

The problem was solved by restarting Teamviewer on my side. Do not know if this solution works everytime. I will keep it in mind.
