Computer not showing up

I am using the Free version of TeamViewer. I use it to help my 89 year-old Mom with her computer issues. For some reason her computer is showing up on My Computers as being offline, even though I know she is online. I've been using TeamViewer with her for several years and this is the first time this has happened. Any suggestions?
