I often help someone with their computer using TV. I am now unable to establish a connection to them so I can control their machine. However they can connect and control mine which is not what we want! We are both using version 14 for personal use.
Can anyone help? Thank you.

During the session have you tried clicking on the Communicate drop down and clicking on the Switch Sides with Partner button?
