Error message when activate Teamviewer 11

Dear Sir/Madam,
Due to my computer is failed, I trial to activate our existing license on my new computer is not success and error message pop up "Your license number is not valid for this version of the program". I am sure our license is correct for Teamviewer 11. Please let me know any idea to fix this issue.
