Remote Access to android 7.1 with 1280x800 resolution

Hi, 

I installed Quick Support and I download the addons as Quick Support Recomended but when connect with the host trough PC teamviewer Android Quick Support crash and restart application.

The remote control to Quicksupport Support 1280x800 resolution ?

    Thank you so much for your post.

    In this case we need more informations to check the issue.
    Could you please send us the log file your TeamViewer app should have written?

    You can find it by tapping the TeamViewer options (gear wheel/dots) and "View Event Log" . In the next menu, there is an option to send the log file as an e-mail attachment.
