SOS Help in tracking who logged in one of my PCs.. Log Files - Track Activity

Currently travelling and left one of my computers on so that i can use while abroad. I am suspectibg that someone from the office used my work PC added in my partner list to log. 

How can i identify which computer is is what on the activity log??? i can i identify .
