Stuck on v13 due to older Mac software needs

I have a Mac that I have to leave on v 10.10 Yosemite and a Windows 10 machine.  TV v13 always worked gret for me but now I keep gettting pop ups telling me I need to update the remote computer and that the session will time out after 5 mins - which it does.  Not sure how I can keep using TV in any useful way.  It seems all free accounts have to upgrade but paid accounts do not.  Is that the case?  Will be a real workflow killer for me if it is.  Please let me know.

Using TeamViewer for free is only possible with the latest version of the software. Please find more information here: Enjoy using the best version of TeamViewer we made so far! - How to proceed?

If your device is not compatible with the latest version, you will be blocked by the time-out.

There is, unfortunately, no workaround for this, but to buy a professional license. Sorry for the very straight-forward formulation, but we prefer to be honest with our users.
