TeamViewer Minimises After Remote Connection

Does anyone know how to stop the TeamViewer app from minimising after it establishes a remote connection? Often I will need to configure 5 or more PC's in a remote office at once and each time I start a remote session to one I have to go back to the taskbar, bring TV back up, connect to the next PC, rinse and repeat until done. 

Not a huge deal but surely there is a fix for this out there or an option that can be changed. I had a look but could not see anything in the new UI version for this. If not, then I will post in the Ideas section...I cannot understand why it would do this?!?! How many people in IT run with a single monitor these days anyway?!?!
