I can no longer log into the Teamview App on my Windows 10 computer. I can log in through the web site, and then when I say "connect", it logs me into the Teamview local app and then I can connect to my other computers. Sporadically, it stays logged into the app, but once it logs out, I have to go through the web to login (that is how I know I have the correct password -- I can actually log in).
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing has fixed this.
I have the exact same problem. I didn't have the problem with the 12.x Windows app, but I did later (not right away) with the 13.x Windows app.
It would be nice if someone from TeamViewer would actually start answering some of the questions posted in this "community" of theirs instead of the constant blind-leading-the-blind that is all too common around here.... :-(
We are having the same issue with the "Design & Deploy"
We have been successfully using it since v13 came out. Yesterday, we are getting an error that the password is invalid. I have rebuilt the Deploy tool, I have changed password and still nothing.
I put a ticket in, and have not heard anything back yet.
