unable to connect tab from laptop

hi when i am going to connect with laptop its always go for file shraing but i need screen sharing
but when access from tablet to get laotop screen i connect properly . but not access tablet screen on laptop please help me

    Hi again,

    can you send a screenshot of your TeamViewer?

    Please make sure to remove any personal information incl TeamViewer IDs from the screenshot.

    Thanks, Esther for your quick response but I don't know why I open in file share mode.

    but when sharing my laptop screen then properly working in tab

    Screen sharing is not possible with all mobile devices. Please see the list of supported mobile devices here: Supported manufacturers for remotely controlling Android devices
