Licensed user getting connection blocked after timeout

Hi,
I have purchased one year licence on 14th July and it was working fine till yesterday.
I don't know why it is not working today.
Purchased product Description is : "TeamViewer Remote Access
Access to 3 devices
Online Support via TeamViewer
Community and Support Portal, no
support via phone"

Your screenshot shows that your account is still free. If you haven't already, please activate your license on your TeamViewer account. You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: How to activate your Remote Access Plan.
