Not Ready. Please check your connection
Hi,
I am getting this problem on versions 13,12,11,10
9 and 8 are working ok but because the other machines im trying to connect to are a higher version, it asks to upgrade before being able to connect.
This is what i have done:
I have tested v13 on another laptop to mine and it works fine.
I have flushed my dns settings.
I have uninstalled reinstalled different versions and same version
I have uninstalled my antivirus and that hasnt made a difference as that seemed the only common difference between my laptop and the other
I have tried using both wifi and ethernet. both do not work
My colleagues can work successfully on their own machines
I have tried stopping services and starting services in temaviewer. Also dleting regedit detials.
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!!!

Try to check if you have different settings for proxy system; check also if your traffic is altered by systems like Fiddler or WireShark. Check also your host config file for settings to TeamViewer ips address.
In any case, take a look at TV's logs: here you can find reasons for unsuccesfully connections.

Why would TV 8 and 9 both work but as soon as I goto V10 to V13 they all dont work?
If it was my computer, surely it would block all versions?
