2 monitor on Pc, controlled by Android issue

I regularly control a PC with 2 monitors from an Android phone, and one little issue annoys me. The PC's monitor are situated vertically from each other and though maneuvering from one to the other is generally no problem, if I need to move a window from the lower to the upper monitor, since the cursor cannot pass the top of the lower, typically the window will just maximize to the limit of the lower monitor. Is there a way to reliably pass a window from the lower to upper monitor? Often, the best I can do is close the window entirely and reopen it from the upper monitor, which is time consuming.
