I am trying to connect my own laptop from UK to Turkey. It was ok yesterday but today it says "failed connection" after the id verification. Am I just facing this problem right now or is it general error? Thanks

A few users have been facing this issue yesterday. What I recommend to do is to restart the service of TeamViewer.
Then, try to connect again. This should fix the problem.
If it still does not, you will have to do this operation manually on the remote side as well.
