Getting stuck on Authenticating, please help

Hi,

I am trying to connect remotely to another computer, but the connection gets stuck on authenticating after I enter the password for the remote computer, and sometimes even when I hit connect. Everything worked fine until yesterday. I have tried to connect to the same computer from my wife's laptop and everything works fine. Reinstalling Teamviewer didn't help. There has to be a setting on my computer that's wrong, can't figure out which one though.
