How to control a Mac running macOS 10.14 Mojave

Recently updated to Mojave 10.14 and re-installed TeamViewer 14.0.1388. When I double click on the app nothing loads. TeamViewer tries to load because the screen flashes and I see TeamViwer in the top left for a split second. Any sugestions ??
