No proxy server

My team viewer wont connect. It keeps saying that my proxy server is not connected but I am connected to the internet. I have used this computer several times with team viewer and it first told me I needed to upgrade to v14 but now I cant connect at all because of this proxy problem.

    I have the same issue with V15, windows 10. the funny thing is, it started working when I first connected to the network, then stopped. I have web access, and I'm also communicating fine using AWS API, it's only TeamViewer that complains.
