ITBrain Anti-Malware activated itself - how to turn off?

I have TV Free 13.

On my Win 7 Pro 64-bit machine, ITBrain Anti-Malware activated itself without my consent.  HOW DO IT DE-ACTIVATE IT?

I am using Avast Free for anti-virus, and I don't want to change.

Re: ITBrain Anti-Malware activated itself - how to turn off?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Please be advised that TeamViewer Endpoint Protection can only be installed on a device from within the Management Console, and only by the account listed in the TeamViewer General Settings underneath 'Account Assignment'.

It would appear whomever supports your device via TeamViewer installed the service on the device. If this is the case, reach out to your supporter and they would be able to assist.

However, if the device is assigned to you, it could be that you started a free trial of the TeamViewer Endpoint Protection service. In this case, you can uninstall TeamViewer Endpoint Protection from the device in the device's properties within the Management Console.

Hope this helps!
