Need to remove Trusted devices from a TV login

Hey Guys, As the title suggests, I have a problem with a contact that is in our TV account that can no longer log into her TV account from her PC, This has only been the case after the PC was rebuilt, The HDD failed. I was wondering if the trusted devices have confused TV and it thinks it does not need to be trusted but also at the same time needs to be trusted to continue. We have reset the PW and have successfully logged into the account from another PC. We cannot log into the web or the Client from that PC. I can log into my account from that PC. Can anyone figure this out? Thanks
