Teamviewer 8 - Won't Sync 10 Digit IDs

My company is using a licensed version of Teamviewer 8, which we have used for quite some time. Recently, we added some new computers into our environment, and these computers were assigned 10 digit IDs. I can still connect to these computers using the ID, however, none of the other features of Teamviewer work for these machines. When added into the Teamviewer Manager, these machines do not show up as active when they are ready for a connection, even though you can double-click to connect, and I am unable to sync them to my partner list. When I try the synchronization, I am told that the Manager and Partner List are identical, but they aren't! None of the new computers show up in the Partner list at all. This issue is exclusive to the 10 digit IDs. Please help! We've got 40 new computers that we cannot easily support without this functionality!
